Chase Brieman joined CBRE in 2003, having graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Wisconsin School of Business with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics, as well as Risk Management & Insurance.

Chase is very active in the Greater Madison/Dane County and South Central Wisconsin commercial real estate markets, providing high quality service to investors and developers, as well as local and national tenants. Chase currently represents approximately 4,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space for sale and/or lease throughout the region. Chase has been involved in the sale and/or leasing of over 6,000,000 square feet of space (with nearly another 2,000,000 square feet under contract/pending), and hundreds of acres of land sales.
